*Job Overview* Our team is currently looking for a quality focused, hard-working individual to join our incredible team. As a *Wood Finisher* you will be an integral part of the production and assembly of high end, custom stair, and railing projects. You provide the right attitude and willingness to learn, and we will provide all your training, development, and an exceptional work experience! *Century Work Experience:* * Consistent hours year-round?overtime is paid after 40 hours per week * Competitive compensation package with bonus opportunities * Local work ? most of our jobs are within 30 minutes of KW area * All tools, materials and training are provided * Over $500 annual clothing and safety boot allowance to all team members *Responsibilities (just a few!):* * Prepare stair and railing components specific to each job * Cut, sand, and prepare wood and material for finishing * Assist with finishing process, including hand staining and automatic spraying * Wrap finished jobs and prepare for installation We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those with a specific combination of skills and experience will be contacted for an interview.
