Our poultry plant is growing and we are looking for ticketed Millwrights to join our team. Rossdown is a challenging but has a warm family environment. We need the right people to join our team. Apply through the system and the HR will reach out to you. *Schedule* - Afternoon & Graveyard shift *A day in the life:* * Perform regular maintenance and repairs on processing and packaging equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. * Support electrical diagnostics and minor repairs (asset). * Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns. * Perform routine inspections and report any concerns to leadership. * Participate in scheduled shutdowns and plant upgrades. * Complete refrigeration, boiler, and broiler checks (training provided). * Weld and fabricate equipment parts (Stainless TIG/Stick preferred). *What you need to apply!* * Red Seal Millwright Ticket * Power Engineer background an asset. * Familiar with pumps, motors, VFD?s and PLC?s * Proven ability to weld Stainless TIG / Stick * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Weekend availability for equipment expansion and/or plant shut downs * Self-responsible with the ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure * Self-motivated to work alone, * Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise * One year related manufacturing (processing) experience would be an asset *Company Benefits!* * Great deals on fresh and organic chicken * Steel toed boots reimbursements * Pension plan company contribution pan * Employee assistance plan Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Work Location: In person Location Abbotsford , BC Work location On site Salary $ 45.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10239403520 Various locations Abbotsford, BC
