*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical and electrical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. *Responsibilities* * Install, align, and assemble machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings. * Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including boilers, HVAC systems, and conveyor systems. * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using analysis skills and diagnostic tools. * Repair or replace worn or defective parts such as gears, bearings, belts, motors, and electrical components. * Read and interpret schematics related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and industrial electrical wiring. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Collaborate with other maintenance team members and communicate effectively with operators to ensure optimal machine performance. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. * Electrical experience with a focus on low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). * Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. * Experience working with HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and industrial electrical components. * Ability to analyze complex problems quickly and develop effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. * Valid certifications or experience in industrial electrician work are highly desirable.
