Pathways Dental Care is looking for a *Full-Time Dental Assistant* to join our team. We are a modern, fast-paced practice focused on delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and works well in a team environment. *Position Details* * Full-time position * No weekends * Competitive hourly rate based on experience * Dental benefits * Supportive team environment *Office Hours* * Monday: 8:00am ? 5:00pm * Tuesday: 9:00am ? 6:00pm * Wednesday: 10:00am ? 7:00pm * Thursday: 8:00am ? 5:00pm * Friday: 8:00am ? 1:00pm *Responsibilities* * Chairside assisting for a variety of procedures * Taking digital x-rays * Scanning with iTero scanner * Sterilization and infection control * Preparing and maintaining operatories * Assisting with patient care and comfort * Supporting clinical flow and efficiency * Maintaining accurate clinical records *Qualifications* * Dental Assistant certification (required) * HARP certification * Previous dental assisting experience preferred * Experience with Dentrix and/or Oryx is considered an asset * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset *What We?re Looking For* * Someone who takes initiative and stays organized * Strong attention to detail * Professional and friendly with patients * A team player who supports both clinical and administrative staff If you are looking to join a well-established practice with a strong team culture and a focus on excellence, we would love to hear from you.
