*Job Overview* We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily activities, medication administration & reminders, emotional well-being, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Experience in senior care and dementia care is required. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those needing specialized support and care. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance * Support clients with medication administration following prescribed protocols * Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments * Help with meal preparation * Monitor and report changes in client condition * Assist with light housekeeping duties in clients home * Offer emotional support and companionship to clients * Follow all safety protocols *Qualifications* * Prior experience in nursing homes, senior care, or home health care preferred * Knowledge of medication administration, and basic patient care procedures * Experience working with individuals with dementia is a plus * Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to client well-being * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team * Certification in care aide, CPR, first aid and criminal record check are mandatory * Must be reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to providing respectful, high-quality care Pay: From $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person Location Fraser Valley F Work location On site Salary $ 22.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Casual employment Part time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10239306416 Various locations
