The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support in a busy law practice. Duties / Responsibilities Include - client intake, opening files, file management, document preparation and administrative support Qualifications - impeccable time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple deadlines, discreet, sound judgment, able to handle highly sensitive information, high level of integrity, trustworthy, excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle working in a fast paced environment, clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail and high degree of accuracy, able to work independently and take instruction, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, experience with Clio Manage is an asset. Successful candidates must have either a paralegal certificate, university undergraduate degree or minimum of 3 years experience as a legal assistant. Experience with bookkeeping is an asset.
