As we grow, we are looking for a passionate Jr. Consultant to join our team. *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Consultant, Marketing who understands the unique needs of small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of bookkeeping, financial practices, and tax regulations, and be comfortable interacting with clients. This role also involves managing our social media presence and assisting with client work. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and create content for Resolve Consulting's social media platforms using Canva. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. *Qualifications:* * Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related (in progress education accepted). * 2+ years experience working in an Social Media, marketing or online capacity * Experience with Canva for social media content creation. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to meet with clients in Chatham-Kent and perform some work remotely. *Additional Information:* * Working towards a degree or diploma is accepted * Work experience and willingness to learn is assessed in absence of education. * Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
