LYNXEL Crop Protection is a Saskatchewan-focused agricultural crop protection business serving growers in the Regina area, with a long-term vision to expand across the Canadian Prairies. We are seeking a full-time Sales Agronomist Crop Protection who combines agricultural knowledge with strong sales and customer-development skills. What You Will Do:- Develop new business and build long-term relationships with farmers and growers.- Sell PMRA-registered crop protection products, including herbicides, insecticides and related products.- Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.- Support pre-book and in-season sales.- Visit farms and agricultural customers throughout the Regina area.- Provide practical crop protection product information and agronomic support within your knowledge and qualifications.- Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements.- Represent LYNXEL at grower meetings and agricultural industry events. What We Are Looking For:- Relevant experience in crop protection, agricultural pesticides, crop inputs, agricultural retail, agronomy-related sales or Prairie agriculture.- Experience selling to farmers/growers is strongly preferred.- Knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture and existing farmer or industry relationships are strong assets.- Agriculture, agronomy, crop science or agribusiness education is an asset; relevant industry sales experience may be considered instead.- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.- Legally entitled to work in Canada.- Able to work independently and travel regularly.
