Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and RNC clearance is required. *Duties* * Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment * Use hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels to support carpentry, framing, and other trades * Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements * Perform demolition work and assist with restoration tasks to ensure project specifications are met * Support installation of flooring, tiles, drywall, and painting activities to enhance project efficiency * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing materials and adhering to safety protocols *Qualifications* * Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential * Pay based on level of experience * Familiarity with hand and power tools to complete basic construction techniques * Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices * Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential * Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and RNC clearance is required Join us if you?re ready to build your career in construction!
