We provide our clients with exceptional products, design assistance, and installation services.We are looking for individuals who understand dedication to customer service is paramount to our successful business.If you are a passionate, motivated self starter who is interested in being a team player we would love to hear from you.As a Sales Associate and part of our team your role and responsibility would be as follows: * Provide exceptional customer service to retail and Builder clients as well as answering phone and email inquiries. * Demonstrating proficiency in technology, including CRM and ERP systems to elevate the customer experience and contribute to our team?s success! * Site measurers, Preparing quotes and following up with clients. * Maintain our pristine showroom, paying attention to display updates, pricing and samples. * Reviewing orders, sending invoices, and handling client questions and concerns.
