*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various different types of siding, soffit and fascia, exterior insulation, tyvek. Must have experience!! This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Previous siding experience a must *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate execution of projects * Use hand tools and power tools to install fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, or structural components * Perform carpentry tasks such as cutting, framing, and assembling materials as needed for installation projects * Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and waterproofing of installed items * Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes * Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and requirements * Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper functioning and adherence to specifications * Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times *Requirements* * Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, construction, or handyman work is highly preferred * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately * Knowledge of caulking techniques and sealing procedures * Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or working in confined spaces * Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team * Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous * Valid driver?s license is preferred for travel between job sites This position offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and craftsmanship to contribute to meaningful projects while developing their skills in a dynamic environment.
