JOB DESCRIPTION : Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Human Resources will serve as a trusted business partner to the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance on all people-related matters while ensuring operational excellence across the HR function. This role requires a strong balance between strategy and execution. The successful candidate will coach and advise senior leaders and mid-level managers, lead talent acquisition initiatives, support organizational growth, oversee compensation strategies, and ensure effective management of health and safety programs across multiple locations. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Act as a trusted advisor to the President and Executive Leadership Team on all human capital matters. Align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and growth plans. Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Lead and actively participate in the recruitment of management, professional, and key operational talent. Build and manage relationships with external recruitment firms, executive search partners, and specialized talent providers. Provide hands-on leadership and support regarding health and safety programs across the organization.
