Job Summary The Capital & Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for leading capital projects and providing technical engineering support for manufacturing equipment, processes, and plant systems. The role manages capital projects from concept through commissioning and serves as a technical resource supporting equipment performance, reliability, safety, capacity, and operational effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities: Capital Engineering & Project Management Develop and manage capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or project engineering. Experience managing capital projects in an industrial manufacturing environment. Strong project management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
