Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Office Administrator, this role provides essential administrative support across all divisions of our company. Key Responsibilities: General Administration: Assist with daily office operations, file management, document control, and ordering supplies. Communication & Data Entry: Answer calls, handle incoming emails, and accurately input data across departments. Tech & Mobile Support: Set up company mobile phones and assist team members with basic troubleshooting. Admin Coverage: Provide coverage for the Senior Office Administrator during vacations, breaks, and time off. Special Projects: Support various operational and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable setting up/troubleshooting mobile devices. Logistics: Valid Driver?s License with a clean driving abstract. Mindset: Positive attitude, reliable, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Previous office administrative experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
