Join our compassionate team as a Group Home Worker, where your dedication and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. In this role, you will provide personalized support within a residential setting, fostering independence, safety, and well-being. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and empowered to thrive. *Responsibilities* * Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity. * Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols. * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a balanced diet. * Support residents with activities that enhance social engagement, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. * Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring proper sanitation standards. * Monitor residents? health status, report changes promptly to supervisors, and document care activities thoroughly. * Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each resident?s unique needs. *Qualifications* * Prior experience in assisted living is highly preferred. * Experience working with individuals with disabilities * Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations. * Strong understanding of English both written and verbal * Ability to administer medications safely and follow detailed care instructions. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members. * Reliable, patient, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
