Equation Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Construction General Labourers for temporary, casual, and ongoing assignments with various clients throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area. Responsibilities: Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with general construction duties. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials. Perform site cleanup and maintain safe, organized work areas. Assist with demolition, site preparation, material handling, and other labour-intensive tasks. Use basic hand and power tools when required. Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Perform additional general labour duties as required. Requirements: Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing demanding work. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to accept casual and short-notice assignments as available.
