Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to recipes and customer orders. Ensure that all food is cooked to the proper temperature. Meat prep during the shift to make sure raw material is ready at the time of orders. Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed. Follow safety procedures for storing and handling food. All other tasks related to kitchen as and when needed. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Oversee the overall hygiene of the store. Skills Proven grill experience, including cooking chicken burgers, beef burgers. Ability to stand and operate grill for long durations. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practices Ability to commute: Kitchener, ON (required) The training (approx. 2 weeks) would happen in Brampton. Reliable commute to training location is preferred.
