Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Corrugated Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated converting or finishing equipment and be committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated manufacturing/converting machines. Read and interpret production orders, specifications, and work instructions. Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine adjustments. Load raw materials and ensure continuous production flow. Complete production reports and maintain accurate records. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Follow all health and safety policies, GMPs (where applicable), and company procedures. Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience operating corrugated manufacturing or converting equipment. Experience with machines such as Flexo Folder Gluer (FFG), Rotary Die Cutter, Printer Slotter, Folder Gluer, Stitcher, Laminator, or Corrugator is considered an asset. Ability to read work orders, measuring tools, and production specifications. Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime when required. Preferred Skills Experience in the corrugated packaging or paper products industry. Knowledge of quality control procedures. Forklift certification is an asset. Basic computer skills for production reporting.
