Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a safe, comfortable environment for all guests and staff while managing front desk operations during the night shift. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently * Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately * Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude * Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to ensure the safety of the premises * Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incidents, and other relevant documentation during your shift * Manage guest services such as issuing keys, providing local information, and coordinating late-night requests * Enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold safety standards and guest satisfaction *Skills* * Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests * Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills * Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment * Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest management software * Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and problem-solving * Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive during overnight hours * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and emergency responders when necessary This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your energy makes a difference.
