*As part of employment with Cancoil, you must be able to work Day Shifts (7am to 3:30pm) *_*and *_*Afternoon Shifts (3:30pm to 12am) and rotate between the two as required by the Company.* *Job Overview* You will be working alongside experienced team members and using company?provided technical drawings and work orders, production workers participate in the manufacturing of *heat exchangers, refrigeration coils, and air conditioning coils*. Training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs. Typically, most of our Material Handlers are Building, or Circuiting. Day to day, you will be part of a team; reading blueprints and diagrams, locating the necessary materials, physically assembling parts by threading hollow tubes through components, and/or using small hand tools to assemble various parts of the Coil. This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute effectively within a manufacturing setting.
