You will be dynamic and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with full cycle accounting including posting journal entries, performing GL account reconciliations, overseeing and record intercompany transactions * Prepare weekly and monthly reporting * Developing and implementing accounting related policies and procedures including internal controls * Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate cost capture and alignment with manufacturing processes * Monitor and analyze cost variances (standard vs. actual), investigating root causes and partnering with Operations on corrective actions * Assist with ERP Radius implementation * Assist with year end annual review for group of companies * Other projects and tasks assigned by the Director, Finance & Administration *Qualifications:* * Post-secondary degree in accounting or related discipline * Preference towards working on a CPA Designation * Must have 3+ years of recent related accounting experience *within a manufacturing environment* * Previous ERP experience * Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills *Work Environment* This role is based on manufacturing and office environment and operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where priorities may shift and teamwork is essential. The position requires a high level of professionalism and customer-focused communication.
