*Customer Service Representative* Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Canadian company that has provided high-quality surgical products to hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across Canada since 1923. We are a founding member of the Pacific Surgical group of healthcare companies with a mission to be Canada's premier surgical products company. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Customer Service team. This is a full-time position, based out of our office in Calgary, AB, and is available immediately. Main responsibilities include: * Receive customer orders via email, website and phone * Verify order details and process in ERP system (Sage) * Provide customers with order acknowledgements * Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic product details, order status and ETAs * Communicate with local, regional and national staff regarding customer orders * Assist with related clerical office tasks when required, such as filing, credit card processing, invoicing * Perform other tasks as required * Follow established processes and procedures and represent Keir Surgical professionally at all times In addition to the above primary tasks, this position may also include a variety of cross-functional training & responsibilities to assist the Customer Service and Sales Management teams. Successful candidates will: * Have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience (preferably in an office environment) * Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail * Demonstrate competency working with computers; particularly Excel, Outlook, and an ERP * Enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Appreciate learning a variety of tasks * Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English * Experience with Sage software considered an asset * French language skills considered an asset We offer: * Full time permanent position (37.5 hours per week) * Reliable weekday schedule (no evenings or weekends) * Competitive salary, with profit share opportunities * Comprehensive benefits after 3 months * Additional perks, including social events, RRSP matching, tuition reimbursement and more!
