EPT Clean Oil is hiring a *Manufacturing Technician I* to join our Operations team in Calgary. This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their manufacturing skills. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility assembling, inspecting, and preparing products for customer delivery. *What You'll Do* * Assemble components, consumables, kits, and sub-assemblies using drawings, Bills of Materials, and work instructions * Perform resistance welding, machine work, epoxy application, buffing, hardware installation, and surface preparation * Inspect manufactured parts and complete quality checks * Package and prepare finished products for delivery * Support material receiving, production kitting, and inventory activities * Follow EPT?s safety protocols, Quality Management System (QMS), and health, safety and environmental (HS&E) requirements, while supporting a safe and quality-focused workplace * Work closely with technicians and the supply chain, logistics, scheduling, engineering, and innovation teams *What You Bring* * High school diploma or equivalent * One to two years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or a related technical role * Comfort using hand tools and light manufacturing equipment * Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings, Bills of Materials, and work instructions * Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safe, quality work * Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work effectively with others Experience with MIG welding, grinders, NPT/JIC/compression fittings, or related technical training is an asset. *Why Join EPT Clean Oil?* * *Salary:* $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience * *Great Benefits and Generous Time-Off*: Enjoy a full suite of benefits designed to support your health, well-being, and work-life balance. * *Innovative Culture:* Be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on accountability, creative problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement in everything we do. * *Year-End Holiday Closure:* Recharge with a company-wide break at the end of the year, giving you time to rest, spend time with loved ones, and start the new year with fresh energy. * *On-Site Gym* *About EPT Clean Oil* EPT Clean Oil manufactures turbine and compressor lubricant filtration solutions.
