We are expanding our team and have immediate openings for part time/full time line cooks (shawarma maker). Requirements: * 2 years of experience (shawarma making) * English is a requirement * Excellent teamwork and communication skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Must have a food handlers certification Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures * Preparing food for service (e.g., preparing shawarmas, wrapping sandwiches, cutting meat, etc) * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation * Stocking stations with all necessary supplies * Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment Initial & Ongoing training is provided If you are passionate about food and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
