Zambri?s is an award-winning, 120-seat Italian restaurant and a cornerstone of Victoria?s dining scene for 27 years. Known for our seasonal approach to food, thoughtfully curated Italian wine program, and warm, professional hospitality, We are currently seeking looking to hire a Sous-Chef to help lead our kitchen. This position works evenings Tuesday to Saturdays with shifts typically ending between 10-11pm.
