*Job Overview* We're looking for someone who is certified and knows the "nuts and bolts" of training, but more importantly, is great with people. You must possess strong social skills, along with coaching skills. *Duties* * Coach clients through small group training sessions. * Demonstrate exercise programs and techniques * Provide exercise progressions/regressions for client exercise modifications. * Provide ongoing motivation, support, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey. * Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, challenges, and progress. * Demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring clients to push beyond their limits while promoting a positive atmosphere. * Stay updated on industry trends, new training techniques, and certifications to enhance personal knowledge and client offerings. *Qualifications* * Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required. * Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about exercises and wellness practices. * Proven leadership abilities to inspire clients towards achieving their fitness goals. * Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. * Technical knowledge of spreadsheets and inputting data.
