This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. * Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean linens. * Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members to enhance the overall guest experience. *Requirements* * Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively. * Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A commitment to providing high-quality service in the hospitality industry. * Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
