*Job Summary* The Sound Connections Literacy and Language Centre is looking to hire some part time instructors. We are looking for people interested in working a few evenings a week ( 3pm - 8pm) and or weekends starting in September but able to start training in Aug. Students come for 45 minute sessions. Sound Connections works with students from 3yrs old and upwards who struggle with reading, writing, spelling and or speech/language. We use a fun, play based, multi-sensory approach. Our students range from advanced kids to kids with high learning needs including things like Dyslexia, speech delays, ADD/ADHD, Autism, developmental delays, ESL and more. If you are fun, dynamic, energetic and enjoy working with students in a small group and/or one on one setting and want to do something different, you'll love it. If you have experience working with/teaching children, qualifications in Early Childhood Education, certification and experience as an EA, a Bachelor of Education Degree, (or working towards one) please send your resume to Lisa.
