*Location:* King's University College (Darryl J. King Student Life Centre) 266 Epworth Ave, London, ON N6A 2M3 *Job description:* We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and customer-oriented Supervisor to join our team. Operating hours are 11:00 AM ? 4:00 PM, with shift hours running from 10:00 AM ? 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday ?(Minimum 3 hours - Maximum 6 hours shift). As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing shift operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth workflow while preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea. You will be responsible for preparing pre-made beverages, restocking cafeteria displays, tracking sales, and managing product shelf life. If you have leadership skills, love fast-paced environments, and enjoy delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you! *Responsibilities:* * Prepare pre-made beverages and food items before and during store opening hours. * Prepare and deliver our pre-made drinks to the cafeteria display, manage timely restocking, safely discard expired products, and track sold inventory. * Monitor inventory, track sales daily, and safely remove/dispose of expired products. * Greet customers, answer menu queries, and process payments (cash and credit cards). * Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. * Ensure brewing and shop equipment operate properly and report maintenance needs. * Enforce and comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Lead by example to support team members and deliver an exceptional customer experience. * Communicate customer feedback and store needs to store managers *Requirements:* * Previous experience as a supervisor, shift lead, or experienced barista in retail/F&B * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but training will be provided. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations * Ability to work flexible hours. *Job Types:* Part-time (Mon-Fri: Min 3 hours - Max 6 hours) *Benefits:* * Discounted or free food * Store discount *Work Location:* In person Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.10 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person Location London , ON Work location On site Salary $ 18.10 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Part time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10224764897 Various locations London, ON
