*About Us:* Brockrock Aggregates is a family-owned company based in Camrose, AB with gravel pits located in and around Central Alberta. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to round out our earthworks crew. We are currently seeking Heavy Equipment Operators experienced in operating but not limited to: * Excavators * Loader * Rock Trucks * Dozers *Key Responsibilities* * Operate equipment in a congested work environment, maintaining proper awareness of all surroundings. * Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment. * Conduct pre-operational inspections on equipment. * Preventative maintenance on machinery as required. * Adhering to all safety policies and processes. * Additional tasks as required by supervisor. *Qualifications* * 2 years experience working with heavy equipment is an asset. * Valid Class 5 drivers license. * Have your own source of transportation to and from the job site. * Must be hardworking and works well with others. *You will also demonstrate:* * A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and safety. * Foster development and growth in workforce and encourage cross training. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Effective organizational, time management and analytical skills. * Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
