The ideal candidate is passionate about supply chain management, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment committed to continuous improvement. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily supply chain activities including procurement, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination. * Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align demand planning with production schedules using tools like SAP ERP and MRP systems. * Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancement. * Lead process improvement initiatives employing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations. * Manage supplier relationships, negotiate procurement terms, and oversee purchasing activities ensuring cost-effective sourcing. * Implement and maintain ERP systems (SAP, SAP ERP) for accurate data tracking across procurement, inventory, and demand planning functions. * Conduct regular reviews of supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization using SQL analysis and process mapping techniques. *Skills* * Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems and MRP modules for inventory management and demand forecasting. * Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchasing strategies, and supplier relationship management. * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for reporting insights. * Deep understanding of manufacturing environments with expertise in lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. * Familiarity with supply chain concepts including demand planning, logistics coordination, ERP systems integration, and process optimization. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. * Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
