We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker who is eager to build a long-term career in the trades. Responsibilities As an Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker, you will work alongside experienced Journeypersons to learn all aspects of the trade, including: Installing HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems Assisting with the fabrication of sheet metal components Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings Installing HVAC equipment and accessories Measuring, cutting, assembling, and sealing ductwork Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and organized worksite Following company safety policies and industry best practices Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions Qualifications Registered Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker (any year) or someone interested in beginning an apprenticeship High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights Excellent communication skills Safety-conscious attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous construction or mechanical experience Fall Protection, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications Experience using basic hand and power tools What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Company-sponsored apprenticeship training Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Ongoing training and professional development Stable, year-round employment Why Work With Us?
