This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail management skills while making a meaningful impact on our community of shoppers and staff alike. *Duties* * Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management * Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising displays, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential * Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with accuracy and integrity * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure outstanding customer service at all times * Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members * Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting to meet store goals * Receive deliveries on a timely manner. * Give results on SALES , through consistency in Upselling of the Team handled. *Requirements* * Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment * Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising standards, and POS systems * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs * Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is preferred * Exceptional communication skills paired with strong organizational and time management abilities * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and fostering teamwork * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining phone etiquette and professional demeanor * Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing policies, and sales management practices * Familiarity with budgeting processes, purchasing procedures, and store management operations Join us as a Retail Supervisor where your leadership fuels success!
