The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds. *Responsibilities* * Deliver engaging science lessons aligned with curriculum standards for high school students * Provide tutoring support to students struggling with scientific concepts, in Chemistry, Physics and Biology (in one or all these subjects) * Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation * Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles *Requirements* * Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and build positive relationships with students. * A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals. * Experience working with high school students is considered a strong asset. * An Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) Certificate, or being in the process of obtaining one, is preferred. * We also welcome applications from university students currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Business with strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
