Position Full-Time Security Guard ? Barrie, Ontario Pads K9 Protection & Detection Service Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Security Guard for a Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5:15 PM position in Barrie, Ontario. Responsibilities * Maintain a strong and professional security presence. * Monitor premises and perform routine patrols (foot and/or mobile). * Deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unlawful activity. * Respond to incidents and emergencies appropriately. * Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports. * Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors. * Liaise with law enforcement when required. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of security experience (retail, commercial, or industrial preferred). * Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence. * Valid G Class Driver?s Licence (mandatory). * Use of Force Certification (mandatory). * CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory). * Strong communication, report writing, and conflict resolution skills. * Professional demeanor and reliability. * Must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
