Sundridge, Ontario Pads K9 Protection & Detection Service Inc. is seeking *experienced and reliable Part-Time Casual Security Guards* to support operations in *Sundridge and surrounding areas*. This position is ideal for individuals looking for *flexible shifts and occasional assignments* in retail, industrial, event, and mobile patrol environments. Responsibilities * Provide a *professional security presence* and patrol coverage. * Deter theft, vandalism, trespass, and unlawful activity. * Conduct *site patrols (foot or mobile)* as required. * Respond to incidents and, when necessary, *execute lawful arrests*. * Complete *accurate daily logs and incident reports*. * Assist clients, staff, and *law enforcement when required*. * Maintain strong customer service and professional conduct. Requirements * *Minimum 2 years of security experience* (retail, industrial, tactical, or enforcement preferred). * *Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence*. * Must be a *Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)*. * *Use of Force Certification (mandatory)*. * *CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory)*. * Strong *communication, report writing, and conflict management skills*. * Comfortable working *alongside K9 patrol/detection units when required*. * Studies in *Law Enforcement or Police Foundations (preferred)*. * *Professional demeanor and reliability*. * Availability for *casual shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends*.
