We are expanding our production team and are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join us as a *Foundry Worker*. This role offers long?term stability, hands?on skill development, and opportunities for advancement within our growing company. *Position Overview* This is a physically active, fast?paced production role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with their hands. *Key Responsibilities* * Making and preparing sand moulds * Grinding, sanding, and finishing metal components * Assisting with metal finishing and surface preparation * General manual labour in a foundry environment * Safe operation of hand tools and power tools * Maintaining a clean and organized work area * Supporting production team members as required *Required Qualifications* * Ability to lift 50 lbs * Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast?paced work environment * Ability to read a tape measure accurately * Attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Reliability and consistent attendance *Assets * * Experience using power tools * Previous foundry, metalworking, or manufacturing experience * Mechanical aptitude or interest in skilled trades *Work Schedule* * *Monday ?
