Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a temporary maintenance contractor. Requirements:- Valid driver's license- Means of transportation: Preferred form of transportation would be a truck.- Ability to hook up and pull a trailer, as well as back it up to properties when required- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES- Basic set of tools to complete tasks- Prolonged periods of standing and walking- Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces- Must be ok with working at limited heights- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time Needed Skills:- Organized- Efficient- Communication skills - Able to prioritize tasks- Good customer service- Teamwork- Basic carpentry skills Duties:- Conduct interior maintenance projects- Conduct exterior maintenance projects- Conducting inspections of premises - Hauling of garbage & other items - Complete tenant service issues - Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects other duties as assigned Hourly pay range:$20.00 to $25.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience Location Prince Albert , SK Work location On site Salary $ 20.00 to $ 25.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible Source SaskJobs #1534032 Various locations Prince Albert, SK
