About the Role Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a specific portfolio within the Forster Group of Companies through accurate legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and structured administrative processes. Reporting to the President, this role provides end-to-end legal and administrative support across land acquisition, due diligence, financing, development approvals, construction, leasing, and corporate governance. The Paralegal prepares, reviews, and maintains legal records, contracts, filings, and project documentation while coordinating with internal teams, external counsel, municipal authorities, and industry partners.What Youll Do Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, filings, and corporate records Support land acquisition, due diligence, development approvals, financing, and leasing activities Coordinate with external counsel, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal requirements Manage electronic records, track deadlines, and maintain organized project documentation Support risk reduction through accurate documentation and structured processesWhat You Bring Diploma or Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Legal Assistant Studies, or related field 35 years experience in real estate, commercial, development, construction, or corporate law Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan land titles, municipal planning/zoning, corporate governance, contract administration, and commercial leasing Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic records systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while maintaining discretion and confidentialityWhy Work Here 3 weeks vacation 5 personal days Summer Program: office closes at noon on Fridays for 10 weeks Extended health, dental, disability, EFAP, health spending account Location Regina , SK Work location On site Salary $ 65,000 YEAR annually Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible Source SaskJobs #1533998 Various locations Regina, SK
