Duties: Certification: Maintain certification for your role. (Licensed Barbers at an hourly rate of 20.31, Un-Licensed Barbers at a rate of 19 per hour.) Hair Services: Deliver professional haircuts and straight razor shaves to Tommy Gun?s standards. Barbershop Maintenance: Ensure the barbershop remains clean and organized. Retail Assistance: Support retail operations during quieter times. Education: Engage in barbershop education classes and set career goals. Menu Proficiency: Be able to perform all services on the menu within the probation period.
