Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Private sector. Retail business. Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Receive payments. Sell merchandise. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently a student?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Do you meet the language requirements listed in the job posting for the position (English or French)?.
