Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and presenting the food to the dining customers. They are also in charge of monitoring the stocks, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and preparation areas. Following our Covid-19 protocols are of utmost importance. Lastly, the Line Cooks uphold the establishment's reputation to ensure that customers receive the best quality and most satisfying dishes. * Prepare dishes as instructed by the Chef and to the requirements printed on the printer chit * Follow recipes to ensure standards are kept using quality ingredients * Ensure stocks of ingredients are properly stored and organized to be accessed as easily as possible during dining service to reduce hassle and increase speed * Keep the kitchen clean and work stations clean at all times to prevent the growth of bacteria which can be hazardous to health * Store ingredients and other items in the kitchen in an organized manner * Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols including any specific requirements under the Covid-19 regulations for operation * Wash dishes using proper chemical and temperatures * Communicate with front of house restaurant staff on when food is ready to be picked up or when the kitchen is getting backed up and may impact service levels * Assist in putting delivery product away in an organized manner, paying attention to refrigeration or temperature requirements *Paupers Pub provided the following inclusive hiring information:* We are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
