A successful Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces while adhering to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities \* Prepare and set up concrete forms in accordance with specifications. \* Place and finish concrete utilizing various tools and equipment. \* Install concrete structures, including sidewalks, driveways, parking pads, and garage pads. \* Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met. \* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. \* Hold a valid driver?s license and possess personal transportation. \* Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience \* Proven experience in placing and finishing concrete is highly preferred. \* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job. \* Familiarity with schematics or blueprints is advantageous. \* Previous experience as a carpenter is advantageous but not mandatory.
