What You'll Do * Welcome customers into our beautiful new Cambridge showroom and provide an exceptional shopping experience. * Demonstrate our premium sleep and wellness products with confidence and enthusiasm. * Help customers find solutions that best meet their individual needs through consultative selling. * Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat. * Follow up with qualified leads through outbound calls and emails. * Build lasting customer relationships based on trust, education, and outstanding service. * Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system (Keap). * Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting. * Assist with showroom opening and closing duties. * Work closely with our experienced team to ensure every customer receives exceptional service from their first visit through delivery.
