Bourgault Industries is seeking a Millwright or Electrician (Journeyperson preferred; 2nd or 3rd year apprentices encouraged to apply) to join our Maintenance team in St. Brieux, SK. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to support safe, reliable operations. Duties include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment overhauls. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair buildings, grounds, and production equipment.Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.Complete maintenance work efficiently while minimizing disruption.Coordinate with teams and suppliers to source parts and solutions.Document equipment issues and recommend improvements.Identify and address potential equipment concerns before failures occur.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. QualificationsJourneyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician preferred.2nd or 3rd year apprentices will also be considered.Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment.Solid understanding of electrical systems and electronics.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
