We embrace the Reggio Emilia philosophy, whose guiding principles encourage self-expression and critical thinking to teach our kids the value of being self-motivated explorers, life-long learners. *Key Qualifications:* -Must be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m -Must have an understanding of Childcare policies and procedures -Demonstrate ability to form strong, trusting relationships quickly with children, parents and staff -Be comfortable working in a range of ages.
