*Position Overview:* We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with specialized experience in the print and signage industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing designs for various print materials and signage. *Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives. * Conceptualize and create engaging designs for print materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials. * Develop innovative concepts and layouts for indoor and outdoor signage, including banners, posters, exterior signage, and vehicle wraps. * Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different mediums and platforms. * Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and effectiveness. *Requirements:* * 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print and signage. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. * Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and quality. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. * Previous experience working in the print/signage industry is highly preferred. *Benefits:* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. * Paid Vacation * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
