Automatic Coating Limited is one of North America?s largest powder coating facilities and is dedicated to providing industry leading powder coating solutions and powder coating systems design, throughout North America. We also produce specialized machinery for the oil and gas pipeline industry. Our specialty is to offer unique solutions to solve unique problems with continuous improvement as our focus. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Automation/Design/Manufacturing engineer. *Duties and responsibilities :* - Provide unique solutions to improve/modify in-house automated powder coating system, including overhead conveyors, dust collection, air systems, large blast cleaning units, powder application, air ducting and fixtures. - Design new automated powder coating systems as part of our product line. - Manage small to medium sized projects, take measurements, create 3D designs and drawings as well as getting quotes from outside vendors and executing the project until completion. *Qualifications :* - Machine/automation design, manufacturing engineer - Background knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical systems, actuators, overhead conveyors, air systems, large curing ovens, dust collection systems - Excellent knowledge and proficiency of Solidworks 3D software, assemblies, sheet metal and weldment add-ons. - Provide continuous improvement to all our powder coating operations/systems. - Hands-on skills, must be able to take measurements in the shop, trouble shoot systems. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong analytical problem-solving skills - Ability to learn and develop quickly through personal initiative - Organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated - Strong communication skills - Nice to have skills in operating 3D printers, 3D scanner, Artec Sudio software, Robot programming experience - PEng preferred *Education:* Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical engineering technician or Technology Diploma Ability to commute/relocate : Reliably able to commute or plan to relocate at a reasonable distance from Scarborough before starting work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Extended health care Work Location: In person Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 80,000 to $ 90,000 YEAR annually Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10222198607 Various locations Toronto, ON

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
