Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports. Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards. Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces. Sort, pile and transport wood products. Remove scrap lumber and wood chips for reprocessing. Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws and drying machines. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Build pallets. Assist other processing workers in the operation of various woodworking machines and equipment. Area of work experience: Assembly line. Security and safety: Bondable. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Handling heavy loads.
