Project locations range from Southeastern Manitoba to Winnipeg and the surrounding area. If you are motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are looking to gain experience in the construction industry, we want to hear from you! *About the Opportunity:* As a Skilled Labourer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. *Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:* · Demolition and finish carpentry · Maintaining a clean and organized work site · Lawncare: mowing, trimming, etc. · General Maintenance · Site preparation · Loading and unloading materials · Operating construction tools and equipment · Digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials *Qualifications & Requirements:* · Minimum 3 years construction or carpentry experience is required · Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods · Understand and interpret blueprints · Independent, problem-solving · Strong work ethic and a positive attitude · Willingness to learn and take direction · Good verbal and written communication skills · Capable of working effectively both in a team and independently · Strong attention to detail · Valid driver?s license (Class 5 or better) · Skid steer experience preferred but not required · Commitment to safety in the workplace *Benefits & Perks:* · Competitive wages based on experience and performance · Comprehensive health benefits plan · RRSP matching plan · Ongoing education and training are encouraged and provided · Career growth opportunities · A stable work-life balance that values flexibility · A supportive and friendly team environment · A positive and fun corporate culture: company events · Full-time hours with potential for overtime Compensation: $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
